Start Up Your Trezor Device®

Welcome to Trezor, the world's original hardware wallet for securing your cryptocurrencies. Follow these steps to set up your Trezor device:

Step 1: Unbox Your Trezor Device

• Ensure you have all the components: Trezor device, USB cable, recovery seed card, and a lanyard.

Step 2: Connect Your Trezor Device

• Plug your Trezor device into your computer using the provided USB cable.

Step 3: Visit Trezor.io/Start

• Open your web browser and go to Trezor.io/Start.

Step 4: Download and Install Trezor Bridge

• Trezor Bridge is a software that facilitates the communication between your Trezor device and your computer.

• Download the appropriate version for your operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and follow the installation instructions.

Step 5: Initialize Your Trezor Device

• Once Trezor Bridge is installed, go back to your web browser and navigate to Trezor Wallet.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new device.

Step 6: Create a New Wallet

• During the setup, you will be prompted to create a new wallet.

• Follow the prompts to generate your recovery seed. Important: Write down your recovery seed on the provided card and store it in a safe place. Do not share this seed with anyone.

Step 7: Secure Your Wallet

• You will be asked to set up a PIN for your Trezor device. Choose a strong and secure PIN.

• Confirm your PIN to complete the setup.

Step 8: Start Using Your Trezor

• Your Trezor device is now set up and ready to use.

• You can now manage your cryptocurrencies securely by accessing your Trezor Wallet.
